St Michael's College believes in the importance of positive relationships between the College, Parents and the wider community.

The College has worked closely with Catholic School Parents Queensland (CSPQ) to review and enhance the model of family engagement at the College. The College has transitioned from a traditional Parents and Friends committee model, to a more inclusive and engaging Family and Community Engagement (F.A.C.E.) model. 

The St Michael’s College F.A.C.E. model ensures parents can meet formally four times a year and work in partnership with the College to ensure the best outcomes for all our stud​ents.
