The students at St Michael's work in a fully equipped commercial kitchen, bar and 3 service areas. Students have the opportunity to start in Year 10 with 'Introduction to Hospitality' with an espresso major. In Years 11 & 12 students can study a Certificate II in Hospitality (SIT20207)
